I can't believe people who actually watched Season 4 of the Wire would wonder whether or not Chris would kill a kid.
Just like those dealers murked Andrea's lil brother after Gus told them to "handle" the situation in Breaking Bad... you really don't think Marlo had to do similar with all the kids they were bringing up and interacting with?

Chris all day. Not even close. Chris had skills and was ruthless. Todd got his Uncles battery in his back. Todd probably bytch up if he got faced with a real one. Chris is a savage living in the worst projects. Knocking off Marlo's enemies on his day off like nothing. I will say Snoop probably the most savage out of the 3. Do you guys remember what Stephen King said about Snoop from The Wire? He said that character scared him and was more evil then any character he's written.

Chris had a tad bit more of a moral code, but at the end of the day, he did whatever Marlo told him to do, just like Todd roles with his Uncle's crew and does what they tell him to do.
If I recall correctly Marlo was going to put the order out on lil Randy after the cops brought him in. Chris would have offed him if Marlo gave him the green light breh, let's be real.

that was one of the hardest scenes to watch i ever seen in television.
