Peyton statistically is better in almost every single category than Brady, so that was a :duck:

Peyton performs better in the playoffs as is evidenced by his better playoff passer rating and stats

and he ran thru Brady in the biggest comeback in championship history to win a ring more recently, meanwhile Brady has put up some of the biggest chokejobs in NFL history in the same time frame

:umad:
please tell me where I wrote something that was incorrect

Now regular season statistics

Tom Brady, 11 seasons (136-39 career record, 78%) 37 game winning drives
96.6 rating, 3798-5948 (64%), 44806 yards, 334 TD, 123 INT, 7.7 AY/A, 5.6 TD%, 2.1 INT%
Per Game: 22-34, 256 yards, 1.9 TD, 0.7 INT
Per Season: 345-541, 4073 yards, 30 touchdowns, 11 interceptions

Peyton Manning, 14 seasons (154-70 career record, 69%) 49 game winning drives
95.7 rating, 5082-7793 (65%), 59487 yards, 436 TD, 209 INT, 7.5 AY/A, 5.6 TD%, 2.7 INT%
Per Game: 23-35, 265 yards, 1.9 TD, 0.9 INT
Per Season: 363-557, 4249 yards, 31 touchdowns, 15 interceptions

Outdoors

Manning (112 games) - 93.3 rating, 2629-4049, 64.9%, 30350 yards, 205 touchdowns, 107 interceptions (1.9 ratio)
Per game: 23-36, 271 yards, 1.8 touchdown, 1.0 interceptions

Brady (163 games) - 96.1 rating, 3509-5528, 63.5%, 41184 yards, 305 touchdowns, 110 interceptions (2.8 ratio)
Per game: 22-34, 253 yards, 1.9 touchdowns, 0.7 interceptions

Similar theme like always, near equal amount of TD's on a game to game/season to season basis just one guy throws more Interceptions(Peyton).

This is with near equal Passer ratings/Completion percentages/YPA's. Peyton doesn't have a stat argument over Brady. This is important because that's what they've based their entire argument on for 10 years(while at the same time Brady having the PS edge as well which I pointed out earlier in this thread)
this will be ignored.. or maybe you'll get a :duck: or :umad: for emphasis..

Imagine if the most prolific offense could have bested 17 pts or Brady hit Moss after he beat double coverage twice in 07 or the 3rd most prolific offense could have bested 21 and Brady had made a better throw to Welker in 11?

There would be no argument at all.

Fixed

Thats such a silly concept. If stuff outside of his control goes his way that somehow makes him better? :wtf: If he's GOAT then he's GOAT, it doesn't matter how many SBs he wins.

I can't take anyone seriously who calls Brady the GOAT with a straight face.

all he did was quote peyton having better stats in every category

why would I ignore that?
you must've missed this part -- "This is with near equal Passer ratings/Completion percentages/YPA's. Peyton doesn't have a stat argument over Brady."

there is no such thing as "near equal" one person has a better passer rating and completion percentage than the other. And yards, and touchdowns. These are individual measurements not team stats. Peyton is better in all categories, miss me with this near equal mess

Where do you get your numbers from? My sources tell me Brady's QB rating is 96.3, Manning 96.1.

Sounds like a team/organization accomplishment to me. No way I give that much credit to one player in the biggest team sport.

Brady is nice, but more goes into being the GOAT.
