Why are you even comparing load managing pitchers to load managing NBA players in the first place?
Why are we talking about sports injuries in first place? :dahell:

It’s very obvious that the point was made to show that load management can be done without one getting shytted on when it’s established that it helps preventing injuries. And also making athletes perform at their highest level and doing so without being afraid of injuries. Even if the risk for injuries still exists, more so for some than others.

I don’t know why I’m stating exactly what I said what I said with slightly different words

This is clearly what took place with Kyrie. He was on cruise control during most of these season. Them Luka got traded and Anthony Davis got injured. Kyrie then ramped up his productivity and got injured.

TOOK PLACE WITH DAME.

SET OUT FOR WEEKS
WITH THE BLOOD CLOTS
THEN TRIED TO COMEBACK
AND RAMP UP DURING
THE MIDDLE OF THE PLAYOFFS

My guess, players aren't conditioned to playing hard during the regular season, and playoffs is when they really start trying. That jump in effort and activity is going to lead to more injuries.
How about the player who get injured in the regular season?

This makes no sense. I watch my team nightly they’re trying. Let’s call it what it is the game is more physically taxing than ever.

Also read an article/science journals that kids that only play 1 sport since they were little kids are more prone to Achilles and ACL injuries. That Professionals that played multiple sports in high school are less prone to them because they use different types of muscles and joints for other sports, which leads to less wear and tear in the long run
Maybe so but most NBA players played multiple sports growing up.

Knicks are well conditioned. The video was talking about the increase in playoff injuries.

Cats are still running up in here talking about players not "built for the grind" or "aren't in shape like players from the past", all the while neglecting the fact that Tatum, one of the most well-conditioned stars and someone whom played 70+ games on the 8th-most average minutes, tore his shyt.

Some of y'all are living in an alternate reality, watching a whole different league with the shyt you been posting.

Same ones complaining about all the 3s been taking in today's game, but can't discern from that players are putting themselves under more stress/exhaustion to defend those shots. Same ones complaining about how traditional positional roles have been phased out, but can't discern from that players are putting themselves under more stress/exhaustion by doing more things on the floor.

There will never be less games. Bump the salary cap up and rosters from 15 to 18 players.

Nicca the C's play the most stationary brand of ball in existence...4 out, 1 high with on-ball PNR's or ISO hunting for drive and kicks. There's no cutting or off-ball movement at all.

I swear you niccas just post to be posting... :skip:
They’re last in distance run in 17.25 mi per game total. 10 years ago the Spurs led the league in distance run at 17.68 mi.
