Thank you. They will see soon. I used to feel the same way they felt until I talked to more black women and the consensus generally is that they don't want to be the leaders of the community. The whole "Strong, independent, black woman" slogans are just lip service. A facade to make them feel better about their forced position. There are still some women who don't want to relinquish that power but bar for bar a lot of black women are tired of being "strong" and want to be cushy like women of other racial groups are.
