I get what Tariq is trying to convey but using Trump's pandering to black people as an illustration is an incorrect way to say it. The main reason it doesn't work which I think Antonio was trying to point out is even if Trump is "offering" some some sort of aid specifically to the black community it doesn't mean he's being truthful. In fact his policies have the done the opposite to the black community with the regressive tax cuts and his DOJ is currently involved in a case that will gut the oldest Civil Rights law. You can point out that the Democrats refuse to take any policy seriously that is specifically meant to help black people without propping up Trump to contrast. Just an overall poor comparison.

On a side note Trump has nothing to lose and arguably little to gain by trying to skim a few black votes for himself running this campaign. At best he might gain a slight advantage if the election is close. If the election is close then we already know who is truly to blame and that will not be black people.

If it is his regular Friday broadcast he usually will live stream then take the video down to edit in pictures, graphs, etc. to go along with whatever he is talking about in the video then post it again afterwards. I don't know for sure if that is that case here.
