Meanwhile, TP stay outplaying Coli posters favorite PG and still dont get the respect he deserve.

i respect him..(ive been to 7 clipps games this year/ including a spurs@clipps game

he might not be the best "pg" but hes the best player playing PG..

you trust him more than a westbrook/rose/irving(more athletic explosive pg's)

hes more of a pure scorer than cp3.. hes the perfect medium between the 2

The Spurs are 2-1 without Parker. That one lose is to the Heat. Where they were up by 7 with a few minutes left in the 4th. :yeshrug:

3 games.

We beat a Portland team who prolly wont make the playoffs. And a Chicago team of course w/o Derek Rose.

to be honnest... parker should probably get the MVP...

only two starts are against him...compared to lebron.. Steal and 3point attempts. so his efficiency is WAY lower...

but ultimatly.. the winning factor might come to the rescue and give him that MVP.. IF the next 20 games i think (the needs 6 more for mvp consideration) he maintains his excellence.

:aicmon:I think Lebron should be MVP but u have to be trolling with this.

So I don't have to go back and forth with dudes that clearly only watch nationally televised games I'll just say this

by almost every measurable stat Lebron is having a better season than Tony

Lebron 27,8,7,2 PER 31.6 21.0 EWA(estimated wins added) 28.0 Usage 38.4 mins

Parker 21,3,8,1 PER 24.72 12.2 EWA 27.1 Usage 32.8 minutes per game

Lebron not only scores, rebounds, steals, and plays more minutes than Parker. He leads his team in all those catagories. Tony only leads his team in scoring and assists.
Lebron shoots at a better percentage 57% to 54% and shoots 3's at a higher percent also 41 to 38

Lebron plays more minutes a game while defending multiple positions and being the primary play maker on his team.

The fact is Lebron does more for his team than any other player in the league.

Pop will sit Parker and play him less than 30 mins, Spoelstra will never do that with Lebron unless it's the end of the season.

Lebron is the best player in the league AND the Most Valuable. and it is NOT close.

You are dealing with Spurs fans here. The worst and most delusional fanbase on the Coli. Fact. :manny:

The Spurs and their players were never underrated. Spurs fans just tend to overrate their players.

No we dont we appreciate them.. we dont try and get the best players thru free agency we mold them... your a laker fan talking bout some overrate :aicmon:

what do you think a heat team lead by wade and bosh record would be without bron?

what do you think a team led by 36yr old tim duncan and ginobili(would he be a starter?) record would be?

I think they are just trying to find a reason not to give it Lebron. Parker is balling but he's been doing this for the last few years so what has changed. And though he is having a great season it's still not better than Bron's or Durant's years they are having.

having the best stats isnt the criteria to WIN the mvp tho.

its usually given to the player who has the best stats on the team with the best record..

but statistically bron is havin a better year.. thats why i said that the spurs have to have a betterrecord than the heat by atleast 5 games for TP to win it

It's not just the stats, it's that i think the Heat and Thunder would be much worse than the Spurs if one of those three between Bron Parker and Durant were hurt for an extended period of time. Popovich's system would allow them to chug along withoug TP as long as they had at least a competent point guard. While the Heat would be playoff team they wouldn't be title contenders. And i don't even think OKC would be a playoff team without KD.

:wtf: :wtf:

Duncan was the best player in the NBA for 3 years at most. You can also make a very strong case that he was never was the best in any given year.

Saying different is revisionist history.

I remember shaq not getting mvps over Kidd because it was unfair to keep giving the mvp to shaq cuz he was so good, but with Lebron the rule change
