The fault of that death is really the driver who got out his car and onto the track. That's crazy. It was a dirt track. Drivers have less control than an asphalt paved track. I don't know what he was thinking. If he had an issue, he could have handled it on pit row after the race and attacked him where no cars are driving around at high speeds.

Now that he has been cleared of any wrongdoing, he can go ahead and run more people over... I mean race.

@ all the fake out rage in this thread. THE KID GOT OUT OF HIS CAR ON A RACE TRACK , other racers were having to dodge him, Tony comes around he keeps coming closer closer to the car, Tony hits him. And I was pondering the argument that some heard Tony Rev his engine, if I remember the video correctly the person recording was on the side of the finish line. Other cars were still on the track driving, how does anyone know that was Tony's car in particular?
