I guarantee if you drug test every nascar driver a lot of them have weed in their systems.

Point is, Tony definitely killed the kid, every other driver managed to slow down and avoid Kevin but Tony threw the rear end of his car at Kevin clipping him. Watch the video again, hear everyone's initial reaction to what happened. If you know how to drive a car, you know the rear doesn't slide like that unless you want it to. .
