Sooo, are we going to admit that the way the future is looking like, seems pretty hot damn depressing.

It’s shaping up to be pretty bleak for most Americans. And that’s even when you do everything right, like save.

Every time I read a news article with predictions about the future it’s almost always depressing. I’m starting to see what @Wild self is predicting about an upcoming revolt.

At least You see it, brehette.

French Revolution 3.0 is coming. You think that these landlords and the companies making monopolies off of food you buy at the supermarlet and water you drink, try to negotiate the coat of living? :heh:

This economy is made only for the wealthy, and the wealthy stopped having kids because they love the gentrified cities thats anti-family in terms of activities and structure.

Best to push for free Public tuition/free trade school and Medicare 4 All to soften the blow of a dystopian futuee.

You’re reaching.

It’s the unfortunate truth.

You have a defeatist mentality though. Good luck.

No, even if you make it, being in a society with the majority of people starving to death isn't a safe society to be in. You gotta leave your gated community at some point.

And I’ll do what needs to be done to keep afloat. I came from poverty.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
A lot of Americans go into unnecessary debt.:yeshrug: What are the spending habits of those that aren't retiring? Did they go into unnecessary debt? Did they buy a house too big? Are they steadily upgrading to a new car?

bingo said from the financial counselor himself.

but on the real as I help my clients each day I realize this pointless is debt is all part of financial illiteracy.

Fuk that, I'll take my ass overseas before working to the bone

I been trying to get brehs on the investing at a young age wave.

It's really a critical component of planning for your future.

I'm about to start on my bachelor's this year, if not Spring 2021. Graduate asap and stack money with my new job. Will keep debt to a minimum

The hard part is balancing fun, buying what you want + planning retirement. The stock market is probably the only way you can make big gains in a short time frame
