Her book wasn't to show him in a negative light, but to research of his life involving many others that knew him and incidents. Reading that shyt, I was shocked he made it to the age of 25 years old. Incidents like beating up the soundman at shows, the PE incident when someone stole Chuck D's jacket, the Milwaukee concert incident involving Scarface and others... That dude had no chill whatsoever. He'd made a small situation into a riot just because he wanted to. We all have had a 2pac in our group of friends. That guy you go out with and have that talk with him beforehand saying, "listen, we're out of town tonight. If someone looks at you, don't start any shyt just because the man is looking at you because we're outnumbered 10-1.." That doesn't make you soft, it makes you mature to avoid trouble. Now if trouble comes your way, you defend yourself. He had every right to defend himself in the Quad shooting. But the pulling up at the Soul Train awards and Sam Sneed jumping shyt was unnecessary.
