This isn’t just any moment in Harlem. But its pretty typical of summer weekends in Harlem.

Throughout the summer in NYC blocks get shut down for block party’s so you will always be able to find several events like this in Harlem. This was 120th st and Malcom X. The bigger event was 5 blocks up, 125th has Harlem week going on. That had stages, musical performances and the city was involved with that.

The dude in the second pic was agressivly bagging all the women. I don’t know what’s going on in the photo for him to be perceived as anti Harlem. Because in person, he wasn’t feminine at all and his confidence with the women was on 1000
