Yea idc about narrative talk I hate how y’all brought toxic basketball discussions to football
Football is the ultimate narrative sport though because so much of the data is unstable due to the inherent small sample size in the game.

Hurts might be a smidget too low but I ain’t mad at it. Let’s start to normalize that winning isn’t a stat. I’m not rewarding him just bc he’s the leader of the best team. Literally every QB ahead of him would have won a chip with Philly, and had better numbers doing it

I would have had him still behind Goff but Goff at 6, Hurts at 7. If ever there was some old school ‘Omg he’s tall and white’ plot armor it’s for Stafford and Herbert. They are consistently rated too high even with lackluster success/numbers

herbert isnt winning a chip with this roster. neither is goff or a year one jayden daniels. all this "narrative and lack of football" talk and yall fail to realize the reason why saquon had the year he had was because not only the o line, but the dual threat behind center. super team this, super team that but AJ or saquon never had monster years until playing with jalen.

Correlation doesn’t equal Causation :beli:

AJ was in Tennessee. That’s why he never had numbers.

Hurts’ threat of running deserves some credit for Saquon’s success but….what does that have to do with how good Hurts is as a QB. Is Anthony Richardson any less garbage as a QB bc he opens up run lanes? :beli:

hurts as a QB was the betting favorite to win MVP til he got injured for 2 weeks at the end of the season :dahell:. join us in 2025 if you think being a QB is empty passing yards during blowouts to pad stats and pissing on your leg come playoff time.

and :mjlol: @ that shytty ass anthony richardson comparison
