Top PC games last five years

I'm about to jump back into the PC gaming world after about a ten year hiatus. Last game I played was the first BioShock. I'm curious tho. What are some must play titles from the last five years? What is the current top games out? I just built a beast of a system, so I should be able to play, and enjoy, any games with no problem.

Almost every game plays best on the PC. I would check titanfall if you were in any way interested in call of duty.

Don't Starve, great little casual game.

The Walking Dead, amazing story and character development. You actually care for the people.

I had to bow out of hardcore gaming because of fatherhood. With a lil seed around it's impossible to focus on gaming. But now my little girl is pretty much independent. I finally have time to devote to murking fools again. Yeah I'm a FPS addict.

Edit: For the record, I tired doing some console gaming over the years. But I just couldn't deal with the controller response time, and the non-immersive feeling of it. There is nothing like sitting in front of a computer monitor and feeling like you're "in" the game.
Last time I was into it hard core I used one of those Nostromo game pads + the mouse. I need to find something similar.
