Drake is not "elite" as a rapper. He's elite in popularity. At least a dozen rappers on that list have had projects that was better than his last and they all write their lyrics.

agree with some of it but Dr. Dre is not overhyped, dude is a legend. his catalog speaks in volumes. and Drake needs to be removed from the Elite section, he's as commercial as it gets.
