The water @ Rockaway looks like the Caribbean compared to Orchard beach, the water at Orchard is fukking disgusting, my boy actually got a rash after going in the water there.

I'm working on losing weight. I have a V-shaped back, but I do not have a six pack in the front. If I purposely tighten my abs, I get about a four pack. The rest is under flab.
