They were winning when they had Vince though? Why didn't he stay?

Same thing with Vancouver it's a very Dope city but if you give players a choice they gonna choose to play in a big market in the states.

He had been there forever. Knicks didn't get any good players for 10 years remember

Of course Toronto would support an NFL team...they'd have no issue selling out every game and that's with high ass ticket prices. The fukking raptors are selling out that's all you need to know :heh:. shyt I bet half the people at Bills games are Canadian. I know lots of people around the GTA attending Bills games all the time.

The 6
T.O. is a good pro sports town. Probably underrated in the U.S. but I feel like slowly we're getting our due. Once our teams come up there'll be a bunch of stories about it.

The Buffalo Bills will move here eventually. Hopefully they're not garbage by then.

I'm from Toronto born n raised, and have spent time in Chi, Atl and houston, and trust me Toronto can't compare to the top 10 and maybe even top 15 US sports cities.

The Toronto Maple Leafs yes has been sold out of season tix for decades now, but even if you do call and purchase single seat tickets, you must then purchase tix to the minor league team the Toronto Marlies. When they do open up season tix the few times the last couple of yrs, you are forced to purchased Raptors season tix. Hence why Raptors havce solid attendance.

Also, the main problem ppl have in Toronto are that they are sport snobs. They show for the Leafs, raps, TFC (soccer) and sometimes the Jays if they are winning, but besides that they don't show up for jack. Highschool football, State/Province championships your lucky if there even 100 fans, and if they are their family and friends and are free tix, no1 pays. highschool basketball, maybe 100 free fans if your lucky. Now, don't ecen get me started on Uni/college teams, they just have zero fans, meanwhile in states NCAA gms b gettin over 70k for football, and we all know bout march madness. HS football Friday night lights, and HS basketball gms wit Parker n wiggins b gettin more numbers than minor league sports in Toronto.

Your not forced to purchase raptors tickets :beli:

You can't compare cis football and basketball to the ncaa

Canada doesn't even offer full ride sports scholarships.

Junior hockey draws more fans than some nhl teams in the USA.

Junior hockey is our ncaa football

Junior hockey is nowhere near college football status here...big difference.

I remember those England Sky Sports dudes was shytting on Toronto 2 years ago. They were comparing how London deserve a NFL team over Toronto. Because Toronto didn't sellout the Buffalo Bills game and London always sellout Wembley Stadium for the NFL International Game.:laff:

the thing is, its cheaper filling up your car and driving the hour and a half to ralph wilson stadium than to go watch football in a warehouse which is basically what rogers centre is with the closed roof

25% of attendance at bills games are canadians

Well London should get a team. NFL wants to be the premier league so bad.

and ticket prices are just :damn:

i remember reading for this year's playoffs, cheapest ticket was like $200 (upper level, back rows) :damn:

And that was standing room in the rafters for real. I went to gm 3 and paid the $195. Was behind the seats, a lil platform with beams over our heads and like 20 ppl standing there. Still had a good view though, and still got drunk.
