The appeal is pending and the “new affidavit” from Kelsey’s bodyguard was actually submitted late last year in appellate court. You may be referring to his bail appeal being denied. But honestly I can't believe a word this person ( the guy at the press conference) is saying if he claims Kelsey dna (who was arrested that night and let go) wasn't taking when they have pictures of her half naked showing her bruises from that night, Kelsey saying Tory shot meg via text the same night and her interrogation saying Tory shot her. Plus she has gunshot residue on her she was a suspect at one point.

Or that even the drivers wasn't swabbed and etc either after a shooting happened after they pulled bullet fragments out of meg's feet and found the gun in the car he was driving.


Oh plus them not being able to get their hands on the DNA is laughable considering this never came up not once until right now or during trial. That would be a reasonable amount of doubt for me if was on the jury.


But watching that press conference again and reading that website I stand by my you must be stupid to believe this theory when they claim to have all this evidence showing he is innocent.

If this shyt is as straight forward as they claim he wouldn't need pardon nor would he be playing media games in the meantime.
