If you did it then you are now the 3rd person saying you did it lol

He thought there was enough reasonable doubt to win the case so he didn’t wanna take the stand and possibly get cooked by the prosecution.

I think after that apology call audio was played, the jury made its mind up. Either way he was all set
I mean he could of said he struggled for the gun, etc.. but talking without a lawyer's advisement and acting like an idiot for the last two years was a big mistake. He really should of waited to get that last witness in to at least spend the holidays with his family.

The same reason he fired a gun recklessly

He's a hotheaded dumbass :mjlol:

Yeah but his lawyers and whoevers backing him did a terrible job also.

The phone call, the plea deal, the tweets, raps, everything.

Who was advising that man

Can someone with actual law knowledge explain why he did not take the stand, what are the pros and cons?
Prosecution would be allowed to discuss his behavior over the last few years, inlcluding multiple assaults and violent outbursts. They’d also be able to bring up lyrics. Basically they were gonna nuke him. He was going to lose anyway so I don’t think it mattered.

Yeah if I was a multi millionaire rapper, I would not go to prison for a crime I didn't commit. Especially if I wasn't a street rapper and telling my side of the story wouldn't hurt my career. Makes no sense.

Wonder why Tory didn't tell his side of the story :jbhmm:
I’m not too familiar with his music and whether or not he make street songs but he def tried to come off like a street dude in real life. He been running down on dudes left and right trying to prove he tough. He jumped August not too long before his trial which was crazy to me. You facing a trial for violence then you take part in jumping a man who was no threat to you just because he wouldn’t shake your hand (which for all we know could have been a misunderstanding on August part) :gucci:
