TPAB dropped almost 6 months ago, how are we feeling about it now?

This nikka still performing mostly his GKMC stuff...and like 2-3 songs off this album sprinkled in....shyt was a dud

I watched his whole set at Bonnaroo, and he introduced his live band halfway into the set and peformed a lot of TPAB... And that shyt was PACKED too

It had the absolute worst roll out of any major interscope release.... from the WOAT NBA theme song push, to the actual release of the album.

I honestly, feel like it should've been an album that had no singles, and just presented as an entire project.

just like I thought when I first heard it. It was cowardly of Duckworth to make that Control verse calling all those rappers out then making an album where's hes barely rapping nikka made the album pro black so you know smart dumb internet militants would eat it up, nikka thought he was slick

To pimp a butterfly is on the same status as forest hill. I like both records. I thought both was good records. But after a month or two I barely listen to them. I still think they are good records. Just feel like Good kid mad city had more replay value.

This... It's a album you gotta really feel like playing through or sitting down with. It's sound is all over the place and there's very little chilling vibe kinds of tracks. But you cant deny its quality as a complete cohesive project. Crafting meaningful and well thought out albums/tapes is what Kendrick is best at imo. way beyond any of his actual rapping
