I don’t know if her agenda is to hurt Anderson or not. I don’t think that she gives a fukk whether he gets hurt by her stunt or not. I’m saying that she is using him to make a false claim about sexism. I’m saying that she’s pushing a false narrative about black male privilege. She doesn’t get paid less than Anderson because she’s a woman and he’s a man. Evidently he gets more money because he’s a bigger part of the show.

I don’t have an issue with her trying to negotiate more bread from the network, my issue is with her using him to do it. This could very well hurt her, him and the entire show because it could fukk up the chemistry. If I were Anderson I’d be offended and would lose trust in ross.

The whole cast is underpaid. Why didn’t she compare herself to other white actors and actresses starring in sitcoms that are less popular on the network who undoubtedly make more than she does? I’ll tell you why, she knows that going at white men is a no-go for her even in this current environment and she doesn’t want to ruffle white women’s feathers because she’s tryin to stand in solidarity with them. She’s supposedly one of the founders of the time’s up movement and she needs that white woman support.

if you are the executive in a draw based business.

the dialogue about ellis and her not being the top draw is what i am chime'n in on.
as once i thought about it, anderson is not the syndicated draw of the show, ross is and the proposal to get the show green lit.
probably dwells on her casting, and its draw is also contingent on her being a consistent prominent cast.

as once again, ross is the highest drawing syndicated tv medium draw on that show.

anthony is not the syndicated tv medium draw that warrants this show gets green lit.
ross is and you can not do what you are saying without significant backlash.
including the on the spread sheet and the fact ross is like one of the very syndicated cult followed and pop urban professional gateway tv syndicated draws of this gen.

there is no other syndicated draw in ross's demographic with a higher draw to bring on the show at all.
so, ross's draw is invaluable and the negative pr if this was done is too damaging to abc as well.
