Asking for a raise and the same pay as your manager are two different things. Anthony ain't just a co star, he's an executive producer.Dead ass. She acting like he do the same exact job as her and he getting paid more. She delusional.

But Anthony Anderson is the executive producer and helped bring the show to ABC hence his higher salary.
She’s privileged and her daddy a billionaire. I can’t never take her seriously.

You going little too far.She acts and she don't even do a good job of it. Anthony Anderson helped write, create, and bring Black-ish to ABC. They can easily replace her since the role don't require much. She can cut back all she wont, matter fact kill her off the show and have grandma Ruby take over and raise the kids.

Why is that a bad thing?

Good pointThe thing that bothers me about these wage gap convos, although justified in some cases, what if dude just doubled down and negotiated. What if the male rejected the initial offer and his agents negotiated more? That means the female counterpart automatically reaps the benefits?
There's Alot of slimy men in positions of power who needed to be exposed. It needed to happen.Because it doesn't focus on progression of women into their own careers but to destroy and replace men in positions of the same field they deem is a threat to their rise to power.
