Him, Kenya Barris, and Larry Willmore (who dropped out to do the Nightly Show) worked together on the show. If Tracee was a showrunner, producer, or writer I'd understand but she ain't. Jenifer Williams was promoted to a series regular, how come she ain't asking for more and saying it's ageism?

The thing that bothers me about these wage gap convos, although justified in some cases, what if dude just doubled down and negotiated. What if the male rejected the initial offer and his agents negotiated more? That means the female counterpart automatically reaps the benefits?
