Not really, TER is white friendly, black women don’t seem to support her like that.
Nah, women do be getting passed up for promotions cause employers fear maternity leave. You right though, women ain’t assertive and be scared but it’s a thin line when youse a black woman. I been accused of being unapproachable and having a attitude in the past when I’m just firm.

The hell are you talking about. Anthony Anderson 1 of 2 lead actors and the executive producer. Tracee Ross is the other lead actor. So yeah, she should get more but she shouldn't get the amount of money as AA because they don't have the same positions.

However, while AA should get a bigger cut based on his role behind the scenes, y'all goofy with this Aunt Viv shyt. Tracey won a Golden Globe from this role and had her own successful show. This is not a Fresh Prince/Threes Company thing where the actor felt they were as important as the CLEAR CUT UNDENIABLE STAR OF THE SHOW.
Give that woman her raise.

So Tracey is more concerned with AA earning $20k more per episode, as an actor, writer & main narrator, than her versus The Last Man Standing cast who earns 3x her per episode salary while bringing in approximately 55% of the Blackish ratings?

I'm fine with a raise request. My problem is who Tracey is comparing herself to. White actors are getting 3x her rate with lower ratings. That's who she needs to go after...not her damn costar...who is also doing more work than her.

Breh, you're comparing the her salary against his when you should be comparing their salaries against other sitcom actors on different comparable shows. They're both underpaid and her getting a bump will also help AA.
Also girlfriends was a casualty of the writers strike along with heroes (I remember that because I use to watch both of those shows)
