Based on a Newsweek article published on 10/16 Anderson made 100K/episode and Tracey made 80K/episode. This is probably just their acting salary and not AA Executive producer salary. I don't blame her for wanting to get paid more but Anthony Anderson do a majority of the voice work so I don't know how they are going to align her salary with him when he do more on the show than her.

Ok so now that we actually know the salaries and it’s for acting and not EPing, I feel like a raise would indeed be in order for Tracee as she’s won awards and her presence on the show is equal to Anderson’s. YES AA does the voice narration but the majority of the episodes since season 2 don’t flow strictly through his perspective. If people actually WATCH the show it cannot be argued Tracee’s importance. Firstly, her and AA have fantastic chemistry, half of his scenes in any given episode center around his banter with her, the other half is split between the office and whichever kid he’s involved with per the storyline. Secondly, Tracee has better chemistry with all of the kid actors and really elevates those particular scenes.

This isn’t an Aunt Viv situation where that particular Actress had problems with the Star, and by all accounts was a diva. Tracee is trying to get paid her worth as an award winning actress whose presence elevates a talented ensemble.

Honestly, ALL of them deserve pay increases. I’d say that Tracee really deserves to be making around $125–150k per ep and Anderson deserves $200-250k. That entire cast does quality work.
