Traded my Audi A8L in for a New Maxima

I loved that A8L to death. Had it for 3 years, no majors problems. Car is a TANK. Bought it with 50k miles, traded it in with 112k, so i drove it a lot. Problem is, dealers will charge you out the azz for repair just to entice you into trading it on a brand new Audi. Twice in the past year by 2 different Audi dealers quoted 5000$ for maintenance which i decline and took to indie shops and had repaired for 500$ and 1100$ this past week.

If youre going to own an older luxury car that's out of warranty, better have a great trustworthy indie shop.

I was able to trade my Audi A8l in on a brand New Maxima 37k msrp. i was upside 5k and still got it for 34k tax, tags and titles. So im happy, should have to worry about any problems for a little while. Was going to get an used A6 for around the same price.

Got a lot love inside and outside this car.

im happy with it. Me and my dads gambling buddy did the 20% tint. might throw some black wheels on it or plastic dip them.

At first i thought the front had to much going on. i thought it looked like a jet, its grown on me since. Drives great. Just learned it was designed after fighter jets.

I like it alot. Gas mileage and technology is superb.

I don't know breh..In the end its your choice , but I think you downgraded on this one. You could've copped a 2015 Audi A6 for what you paid for that Maxima. That Maxima is a nice car ,but your going to miss the luxury of that Audi ..

Ive had an A6, its very comparable to the maxima . And to get a A6 for under 30k it was be an 2013 thats passed the warranty.

I don't know where you're at in Louisiana,but here are a couple in your price range before negotiations.....You can throw a warranty on these that will take you up to 100,000 miles for about $3,000...From your picture it doesn't look like your Maxima is a Platinum Edition ,so I can't see how that Maxima has the options of these 2 A6's.....Like I said it's your money you can do what you want

I don't know where you're at in Louisiana,but here are a couple in your price range before negotiations.....You can throw a warranty on these that will take you up to 100,000 miles for about $3,000...From your picture it doesn't look like your Maxima is a Platinum Edition ,so I can't see how that Maxima has the options of these 2 A6's.....Like I said it's your money you can do what you want

Looks like a base or right above the base, I woulda went for the middle one with the pano roof at minimum. I would got that shyt used too, fukk buying a brand new car. As long as breh is happy tho

I woulda picked a 2012 or 13 A6 3.0 prestige for $25-6k and got the warranty for $3k like you said and had a waaaaaaay better car than the max. Plus it's supercharged so for $2k or less u can get a pulley and tune and it'll be just as fast as a stock S6

I once "downgraded" from an AMG Benz to a Nissan Altima. Everyone in my circle was looking at me like My dad even tried to loan me some cash . Goddamn it felt good not to have to worry about repair bills and shyt.

Cats who've never had money will look at you nuts, but once the novelty of driving an expensive car wears off, it's just an expensive clunker.
