Of course there is a way for thinking about stunting and the like but that's what luxury is about fam. Who argues that but are the dude copping pay less over nike cause they the same thing? fukk no we all like to "stunt" in our own ways and we can't a lot of people like to hit the value play card. Also of course most people that's working 9 to 5 would think a maxima is a luxury car but they wouldn't pick it over the other similar cars if given the choice. I think you know that. If you could get any car in the similar range maxima, eclass, 5 series, audi 6/7 and don't have to worry about maintenance you really think you and most people for whatever reason picking the maxima? That is moreso my view on this issue. I'm not saying the maxima is wack just saying its not a luxury car in the way luxury is looked at here.
I guess. I'm not gonna pretend that I didn't feel some kinda way when I used to whip a 911 (not a luxury car, but same "stunting" effect) but the 370z I drove years later was just as much a "sports car" as the Porsche. Same thing applies to an E-class vs a Maxima when it comes to luxury (imo).
I mean I hear what you're saying; I think it comes down to a perception about the brand more than a perception about the car itself.
