Nothing weird about it. Any team paying him big money to be a top two player on your team isn’t serious. Best believe if he’s your #2 you need a generational #1.
All time great passer but after that the rest of his game is mid. It’s funny posters champion Trae but in the other thread clowning Fox who game is way more impactful
Besides, what's the rush in paying him as there's no real threat in someone prying him away under this new CBA.

Trae is still garbage on defense, but Fox has been bad the last few years also. Trae is a much more dominant offensive player. No way you can call his game mid when even with the bad 3pt shooting years he takes over games more often than Fox.

There’s not a single GM who’d take Trae over Fox. It seems the thought of Trae being great has surpassed the actual product.

All he can do is ball out this year, players releasing statements and showing frustration in the media never works out well, playing elite basketball is the only way for him to feel better about himself

Jalen Johnson is going to need to be their #1 long term for them to go anywhere and not Trae. History has shown us that outside of a few exceptions.
I love basically everything the Hawks did this offseason. Combining that with the East being down next year, they need to make a huge run in the playoffs. If not now, when?

That's fine with me. I think he's pretty much an All Star level player already.
They will know everything they need to about Trae based on this season
100% agree. 50 wins next season is the bare minimum. I wouldn't be shocked if they make the ECF
