It's widely accepted and condoned for trans-individuals to not disclose their genetic makeup, so I'm not buying the notion that the majority are laying all of it on the table from the get go. Be it this issue being born out of fear or a convition that they are the gender they transitioned to, it's not being put out there. They assume the role of whichever gender they so desire, and if they choose to live that way, that's certainly their right, but again, it goes beyond an individual when you decide to pursue a relationship and involve another party.
