Justify why someone who needs this much therapy, treatment and medical support should be tolerated in the military?

Cause there's no legitimate reason why their gender identity would affect their ability to serve

Whether it's a combat role or logistics or intelligence or whatever, they can serve a role just like anybody else

All the billions of dollars the military gets, I highly doubt trans people gonna make a dent in the budget

They would be held to the female standards, and would be living with the females in berthing. Showering , etc. If someone wanted to transition, they could join the military and they would pay for the whole thing. As racist and homophobic the military is, this whole thing will result in assaults, rape, etc

I don't understand this take that "trans people don't exist" or whatever some posters are saying. They clearly exist or there would be no conversation about it.

Science can't explain it, but dismissing it as a fad or mental illness doesn't explain it either - given that its a very permanent thing to do, and that those people are no more mentally unstable than other people. Theres no science attached to those takes, its just a way for people to pretend the world isn't complex and live in whatever ideological bubble they find comforting.
