Traveling brehs need help on setting up a trip to japan

I want to plan my first overseas trip to japan next year. I just got my passport but don't know where to start. I want to know how much money I'll need, booking hotels over there, Plane tickets etc
shyt I don't care if I stay in a motel 8 and eating noodles. I just want to kick it over there and possibly hit up some clubs


Any help would be appreciated

If it's your first International trip wouldn't Japan be a little overwhelming?

Unless you really want to go Japan why not go to Mexico to dip your toes in the water first?

I guess those wouldn't be bad places to go maybe more english is spoken but again the flight, And the fish out of water aspect. Japanese script is way different than english script it's not like you could say Let me uso el telephonea and be understood.

obviously there's a lot of english speakers there but being in a spot that you know no one it possibly getting off a red eye you could be super lost.

@Vodun Guadeloupe was amazing. You feel totally at ease as a Black person. Locals were friendly and very open.

- a LOTTA Black people
- huge middle-class
- great music scene (Konpa & Zouk is massive out there)
- Toptier Creole cuisine
- beautiful beaches
- It’s very green, beautiful nature if you’re into that
- the roads are very well maintained
- the feeling of actually being able to REALLY let your guard down and relax among many other Black people alone is fully worth it.

You can just be. They showed me a lotta love while I was out there

10/10 would recommend

If dude was way into Japanese culture and had an Idea of where he wanted to go and what he wanted to do then that wouldn't be a problem.

But you're talking first International trip True he could consider the Bahamas but it seems corny to go to Bahamas or any place in the Carribean not named Trinidad, Cuba, Jamaica or the DR not booéd up.

Africa even though I'm a huge advocate is too far and if you never been outside of the country going to Africa the first time would turn even the most Pro Black guy into a Fox News approved c00n.

I have some knowledge on Japan and the culture. Got a good friend that lives there with his wife.

I want to do somewhere out my comfort zone

the US dollar is worth alot more than the Japanese Yen after the pandemic, you can get a 5 night stay for 250-300 usd in some hotels,
im going to Japan next year too
