im 5”11 around 270 pounds of fat I been starting to work out on the tredmill every day for at least 30 minutes starting out.
So question I been exercising on max incline which is 10 for me and running at around 8 to 9.7 mph for around 30 mins per day.
Am I losing more by doing this or would it not make a difference compared to if I were running the same 30 mins with 0 incline and the same speeds?
If I can lose more weight this way about how much more cals would I be burning extra going the route I’m currently going on the high incline?

. Started a crash diet and dropped like 55 pounds and maintained that for awhile, then I got in the gym and started lifting but I wasn't eating right so I had the bulky 50 look. Now I'm eating right and lifting right and getting enough cardio so it's all falling in line right.
