Facts. It really isn't debateable. Take ANY already attractive woman and have her hit a gym for a moderate weight-lifting routine. She is going to look better.
Lets not even talk about the other things like better skin, energy, aging, etc. Not every chick needs to aim for super-low body fat, but really, every other woman looks basic
when put next to a woman who lifts seriously.

Exactly. Girls don't have to aim for low-body fat percentages to see mad results. Two years ago when I started working out, at 185, I looked like shyt. It all went to my face and belly.
Today? At 185 I have abs (top visible, lower couple not so much) , a slimmer face, a tiny waste for my frame,and I look and FEEL so much better. Another year of work and my 185 can look
bigger and leaner. A woman can have a reasonable diet and workout regimen that slims her waist, increases the percieved fullness of her breasts (chest exercises tightening her up, even if her t*ts
shrink), higher, firmer ass, tighter and more curvy legs, arms that don't droop, etc.

Anyone not doing this is literally choosing to hold a genetic L, cause while people talking that "black don't crack", don't matter if their body melts due to lack of care.
