I just don't like it
That doesn't mean I don't support pointing out the western bias and I've done that in issues relating to shootings in the US and whatnot before, I just think that when a lot of people try to call it out it they end up sounding incredibly simplistic and ignore anything that isn't saying "amerikkka".
And that for a lot of coli posters if they don't want white attention or white opinions or white help then they shouldn't complain about white people not paying attention to stuff they want them to pay attention to.
Now if someone isn't screaming fukk cac help, we don't need cacs, why do you want cac validation etc etc and they point out the bias I have no problem because they aren't being totally unreasonable.
I didn't say there isn't a media bias towards white people.

The historical significance of France doesn't add to anything?
The fact that people may have visited there or planned to and feel a connection to it through that doesn't add to anything?

And because of that many people didn't even know about the attack in Beirut so when they changed their flags it wasn't a "fukk you" to Beirut but an act out of ignorance that strengthened a west-centric view of the world indirectly?

Stop talking about expecting "humanity" from white people when literally anything displayed in this could be seen on different scales in different cultures and on a micro level in personal one on one interactions with people, there's no innate "humanity" either.

My post wan't complaining about people pointing out media bias it was to complain about when people go about calling out racial double standards in a lazy/un-nuanced way.
And if you really read my posts you'd know that I specifically admitted to the existence of media bias in almost each of them.
People skipped it because it was a stupid post.
Lebron James is not a reporter, his job is not to report what is going on in the world it is to play basketball. I doubt many of those celebrities you mentioned even know about the attack in Nigeria
