IDK if comedic is the right word, but the Stunner was ALWAYS a fun ass finisher to see come out of nowhere during a segment. Stone Cold giving nikkas beers and chopping it up just to hit a Stunner on them was always great, especially when people were dedicated to selling it. The finisher itself is quick and easy to pull off and that gave an entertainment value to it.
