Triple H talks about state of WWE product, contemplates dedicating hour of RAW to NXT

I meant developmental, come on breh...HHH has said the same "he wont get called up until there's a plan for him" with almost every promising guy they've had and for the most part the "plan" is 1 feud and then get eaten alive by booking.
Triple H knows exactly what the problem is but he can't do a damn thing about it cuz his father in law is still leading the way. Ratings are down the fukking toilet and Vince gives NO fukks. That's scary to think about.
Hunters KNOWS how to lead the ship. Just look at how much bigger NXT is getting. And it's suppose to be a developmental company and they are suppose to groom the wrestlers to be on the main roster. But when they go up there they just get lost in the shuffle and just end up playing video games in the locker roomwith Xavier Woods on a YouTube channel.
Vince has completely lost his touch with the fans. He either needs to move out the way and let Hunter and Steph take control..or just die.
It will be a sad day when that happens
...but honestly the company (and wrestling) would be better off

by the time NXT got started ambrose was on the road with Raw, with creative trying to figure out what to do with him

EDIT: All were in FCW. Seth was doing dark match on the main roster by in December 2010.

there's been
Rollins, Ambrose, Reigns, Ascension, Bo Dallas, Adam Rose, Kevin Owens
3 of those are main eventers/upper mid card.
1 is the IC champion [was fed to Cena WAY too early and now suffers]
How far did folks around here expect Bo fukking Dallas and Adam Rose to go? Bo Dallas was getting go away heat in NXT before he got called up.
Adam Rose had the most awkward debut out the whole bunch [and called up too early after a character change, but considering his time in FCW i guess i get it]. Why would he randomly just pop up the way he did against Jack Swagger? It should've been the other way around.
Ascension was doomed the moment they unnecessarily changed their look and had commentary IMMEDIATELY bury them.

Vince could at least take the L when he needed to. Triple H and Stephanie will still be trying to put themselves over, all in the video and shyt.

for a minute, but cats really think Triple H is some savior to the company and really not going to get any of the blame right? Like Stephanie wasn't responsible for setting back and killing the NXT girls on the main roster with her promo from the jump and going hashtag Divas Revolution at every Divas segment? HHH has shown that the ideal guy he wants and rolls with as top guys are the Randy Orton, Batista, Sheamus, Roman Reigns', etc. types just like Vince. Everyone getting hyped off of NXT when all he is trying to do is run ROH out of business and dry up the Indy market by trying to make NXT into a WWE Indy fed. He is a mark for himself and holds onto grudges, at least Vince will literally do business with anybody no matter what they say or do to him (I.e. Bret Hart, Ultimate Warrior, Sable, etc.). You think he is going to forgive or let what CM Punk said to him slide? Vince wouldn't care as long as Punk would want to come back and make him money because he is a business man at the end of the day. 
Does HHH even have a college experience? If you counter with Stephanie, good luck with that since the WWE has been on the decline ever since she took over as head of creative. 
Nobody from the McMahons or HHH are the answers to rebuild the WWE. They just need to go on a full blown tank mode and pray to fall ass backwards into a big time star again.

Agreed, Stephanie would be emasculating everyone. Trips may put someone over every so often, like he did Dbry and it seems like he'd do with reigns.
Vince knew how to put people over at least.
But honestly the product right now is at an all time low and a shakeup is needed. Trips is doing pretty well with NXT, so there's a chance he can improve the main roster. It's not like they're lacking talented wrestlers. Just lack of creative writing and long term booking.

I don't know why all you dudes keep thinking Triple H will do something. He buried and chased off one of the best wrestlers of this generation. Ever since CM Punk left, the product has gone absolutely south. He took credit for NXT when Dusty was the one who put in work. Triple H has no backbone to stand up to his wife, father in law and that beaver looking mufukka.
