I love watching people tslk about the personality and business acumen of real life people while they only have the on screen characters and "dirt sheet" bull shyt to justify their beliefs

fukk are you talking about? Shane has done quite well for himself outside of the WWE, on the flip side look at what has happened since Steph and Hunter have taken over. Even though it was a scripted segment there was a lot of truth in it. I said it in the Shane thread and i'll say it here, Shane was the one who made the Tyson & Mayweather deals happen. Those were 2 huge mainstream storylines and Steph & Hunter haven't done anything close to that.Shane's a great performer but he's dumb as rocks. It's Steph's company.
Funny you mention the XFL because there was an article talking about how the NFL has actually adopted some of the things the XFL did. Were comparing the failing of a startup business to the failing of an established business that has a built in fanbase of at least THREE generations. It isnt the same. Vince made a mistake in how to market the XFL id doesnt mean he doesnt know how to market.

People refuse to listen to this. His ideas inside of the XFL were great the problem was attempting to male a different league. NOBODY will ever compete or become an alternative to the NFL, the fans won't allow it.
really now lol. Nobody took the XFL seriously as a result besides the mediocre product.Shane wanted to push Test and put the world title on Steven Blackman
He also hated tag team wrestling
I thought Vince was the one who hated tag teams.I don't believe the latter two of those one bit
