What makes Marcus Allen a for sure fire NFL hall of famer though. Cause I didn't realize he only had 3 1000 yard seasons and they were at the beginning at that. He has longevity I know and Al screwed him during the prime of his career but going is he really a Hall of Famer going season by season?
List doesn't make much sense if you didn't read the whysStar QB of only team to win 3 in 4 years (without cheating) doesn't belong in HoF. :tyron:
How quickly people forget Aikman was most accurate passer in league history before NFL turned into Ryan Tannehill having more 4K yard seasons than Montana.
He wrote OJ then crossed him out. So technically he's not on this listO.J. not deserving to be in the H.O.F. is strictly football related, of course.
I love Curtis Martin. I think Curtis Martin was a beast on the football field. He’s the type of player I’d want on my team every year. But count him in the Carter/Palmeiro group: At no point in his career was Curtis Martin (who, to be fair, was underrated) considered one of the NFL’s best running backs. When that happens, a Hall bid is a gift.So Curtis Martin doesn't belong?

Indoors, you mean.
Being accurate shouldn't get you into the hall.
The list mentioned Griese and you zeroed in on Aikman.Did I say I had no issue with Griese? I thought the discussion was about Aikman. Leader my ass.
There is a good chance I'm older than you, and I've watched the NFL longer than you. I've shytted on you in the past in football history convos because you didn't watch the sport as closest and as much as you think. I'm not the one.Elway was overrated and I STILL put him in ahead of Aikman. Curious. How old are you?
Aikman didn't have the numbers as others because he played in a heavy run offense. When a play needed to be made in the air or it was a 3rd and long, Aikman made that play. He was as clutch as they come.Aikman was never elite level. He was always dwarfed by his contemporaries in the stats column. All that talent he played with and had meh numbers.

Just admit you were born during the Cowboys dynasty years![]()
