How does it work ? Someone got shot and the club got to pay or is it possible for the club to avoid liability by proving that they did everything in their power to avoid that shyt ?

Doesn't matter how the club spins it. Just the fact that someone got shot in their club is cause for negligence and in the legal world negligence = $$$$.

Plus Irving plaza is a popular venue. The bad press they getting is terrible for business. Regardless this is the reason why clubs have insurance and I can say with 100% certainty that a claim will be paid.

They might just cancel the shows outright. That shyt is like a domino effect for shows. Insurance charge higher rates to cover hip hop shows, which makes club owners less likely to book engagements. Way too much risk in their eyes and the end result is we all suffer.
