Yeah, this actually has a degree of logic to it. Like y'all said, he's clearly RETURNING fire. I think it just so happens that since he's the only one on camera, like you said, they're trying to scare him into naming the murderer, knowing that he didn't actually do it and knowing that public perception that he shot himself and his own man will make him look even worse. Could all simply be a pressure tactic to get him to tell on the real shooter....

How does this look like retaliation/self defense based on just this video? They didn't duck any shots, no one is shown shooting at Troy Ave, and you can't see what Troy Ave was shooting at either.
