Wasn’t possible. For one his testimony wasn’t needed. They had enough evidence. He added on to what they already had and got a “we will make sure you don’t have to do the whole time” deal.

Tax had already plead guilty to the gun, they had phone conversations from him saying he shot him and why he show him. The friend he was on the phone with testified that tws said he shot him. They got cass on the phone telling the same person that tax shot banga.
