I remember back in the 90s when I 1st got into trucking, the older white guys told me the younger college kids fcked it up for everyone.. The company executives hired economists to come in and figure out ways to cut cost and increase profits.. Before then, the employees was making bank AND they use to steal from the company as well. It was the older white people who taught everyone after them how to steal from the company..

Real talk tho if you serious about getting into trucking do your research, from getting your CDL to your MC and DOT# to the type of truck you want and which ones are more reliable than others.. also when starting out I suggest getting a used truck pre 2007 so that why you don’t have to deal with the DEF when they go out because that’s a $10k job right there
