The possibility of a different showrunner taking on True Detective has me nervous, so I'm hoping him and HBO can ink out a new deal in the future

Hope this dude can make another good project cause this is starting to look like a Matrix scenario all over again. Season one is one for the history books while season two and three is flat out bad television period. The drop off in seasons is one of the steepest and worst I've ever seen

Don't believe season 3 is bad.. just not nearly as great. Season 2 was very underwhelming.
