i'm not shytting on Kennedy but he didn't ever serve a full 3 years.
not sure if i can throw him into the top 5 just off that.
however, he did serve during the height of the civil rights movement, handled the Cuban missile crisis, set us on a path to go to the moon and tried to dismantle the CIA.

All the presidents have sucked. Some have just sucked more than others. For example FDR Put Japanese Americans in internment camps. He shouldn't be on any top 5 anything off that alone.
Domestically Obama is unquestionably the better president
Foreign policy goes to Reagan.
Looking back, I really appreciated Reagan's unwillingness to retaliate militarily for terrorism in the Middle East. Reagan called the death of innocent civilians in anti-terror operations "terrorism itself." This is something that weighs heavily with me cause I feel the "war on terrorism" is one of the worst things(for us and the world) to ever come from our government.
In contrast Obama spent every single day in office(literally) engaged in undeclared(unjust) war, bombing brown people... err excuse me, "terrorist"
