I know he's injured and all but I've been wondering about this for awhile.

Wade is a top 2 SG in the time period and possibly top 3-4 all-time. That 2009 season from the Olympics to when he lost in the playoffs was ridiculous. Dude came in the Olympics doing alley windmills after a few months of rehab. He was never that good before and never was that good after. That 2nd half of the season was .

Usually players stay pretty consistent but that was an all-time level season.

So what happened pre-2011 Heat fans? Do yall consider that season out of the ordinary even for him?

He can still be that player when he has to be or wants to be. He is just pacing himself a lot more now.

and he averaged about the same the 2 seasons before and after that but with 3-4 less ppg. so it wasnt really an anomaly...he just had to carry the offensive burden a lil more because those teams post-shaq and pre-lebron were god awful.
