Some of the best rappers have spit what that hat embodies and symbolizes. Immortal Technique talking about geo-political strife in a poetic agressive way is way more heavyweight than somebody talking how many jewels he got from his advance.

I respect and listen to the whole spectrum of rap, and I prefer different types for different occasions, but you disrespecting high caliber rappers and verses with that.

The type of stuff that makes people who "hate rap" say ole "this rap shiit is serious" or "never knew it could get this deep".
