A lot of black folks who moved to some of these outter burbs that accept section 8 is done for honestly , because without section 8 that rent will be hell
If u are elderly or disabled then I truly understand keeping it open for them,,, but then again they need someone there to take care of them..
But I literally seen a lot of neighborhoods go down hill by the lazy single mom and her boyfriend she sneaks in with section 8
