California deserves that money AND MORE and to be honest it's their money anyway. California gives way more in Federal taxes than it recieves in Federal benefits.

Homeless everywhere, high ass gas prices, half a mili for a house, worst rated schools.. and they just raised gas taxes to fix the roads while still trying to build a train for the rich.
