Not necessarily. You may win your initial class action lawsuit but when it gets appealed to a higher court, they will just strike the result down. The court system isn't impartial anymore.Lowkey just wait a few years and sue the schools and the federal government for this. I aint even joking.

I disagree in that you got to pick the venue and you got to pick the time. I don’t think you got to wait decades. At most I would wait until 2028 and then sue all of them for multiple years of using race as a determination factor in not giving admission.
