I'm far from rich, the reason I don't pay taxes is that that not counting my VA pension which is untaxed I make less than 120,000 and live outside of america for 11 months out of the year. I have investments but since I haven't taken profits I don't owe taxes on them.

DC already has every federal agency known to man with local police powers I remember getting a Speeding ticket from the Secret Service years ago.

When I was there last Park Police followed me two blocks to give me a warning.

I got a federal ticket from the Pentagon Police. DC is the most policed and surveilled area in the word. Maybe China is more surveilled but DC is completely covered.
