I love how this years election only ONE candidate is held to different standards in terms of accountability.
On another note, how did you just compare the two incidences? You are comparing this to Hillary's email scandal.
Whatever you read in this article, none of it is illegal.

I think without realizing it you are very much trivializing the rule of law, but even worse you are holding a potential next U.S. President completely unaccountable of this rule.
Even worse this potential next president has so many corrupt ties with mega corporations and oppressive foreign governments and accepted money from them.

I truly do not understand how you can possibly think, at a time of zero accountability in American politics, that all is ok and that you are fine with this.
How can you be so complacent with not mediocrity but continual corruption?

But that's the problem though with this country, it's not so much the mass corruption, it's the people who allow it yourself.

Remember, Dissidence is the highest form of patriotism.
It's your duty to NEVER accept corruption, the people in power have to be chosen from much HIGHER STANDARDS than the people that get employed at a company. Because they will represent you and you are entrusting them with large amounts of power.
Never accept it, remember that. Never Ever!

"Like most big banks, Deutsche Bank has been at odds with regulators over the 2010 Dodd-Frank financial reform measure. But it went to unusual lengths to dodge some of the law's requirements."

"The presumptive Republican presidential nominee told Reuters in an interview published Tuesday that in two weeks he’ll release a financial regulation platform that includes repealing most of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act."

"I would say it'll be close to a dismantling of Dodd-Frank,” Trump said. “Dodd-Frank is a very negative force, which has developed a very bad name."

And while you lil mixed up nikkas are creaming your panties hating on Don The Jeweler, remember, Democrats are trying to kneecap the Consumer Protection Bureau as well.

You got to be a stupid motherfukker to hate bankers and run into the arms of politicians. Your dumb ass better pick a team and run with em.

NOT a trump fan here!
He's a racist and just makes shyt up as he goes.

I only meant as a political move.
But foreign debt & violating federal law and intentional circumventing of transparency is another issue.
Not comparable.

Again not a trump fan here.

Are you a trump fan?

.

Rather than accept these limitations, Deutsche Bank reorganized itself, moving its commercial banking subsidiary out of the holding company for its American operations, which also contained its investment arm. Deutsche Bank then claimed this banking subsidiary was not subject to the new Dodd-Frank regulations. The Federal Reserve didn't fall for this stunt. The bank eventually was forced to comply with Dodd-Frank requirements.

Oh, so they tried to implement Glass Steagall themselves and the government wouldn't allow it? :troll:

To the point of this thread though, I used to ask how Trump would ever do this with his business empire.

I was like, "he's not a serious candidate, he'll have to resign from a billion dollar company."

How I underestimated him. :wow:

To DB, yeah, there's a huge conflict there but I don't see how this stops the Fed, SEC, CFTC, etc. from regulating banks. I don't see how a Trump presidency is actually happening, but if it were somehow to come to fruition, he'd have to sell some assets :yeshrug:
