You’re a clown that has never visited a prison private, federal, or state.

Okay I’ll explain it from the standpoint of somebody that actually knows how prisoners feel about prisons.

It’s generally accepted that as far as comfort and living conditions private and federal >>>>> state. State prisons tend to be ran down hell holes especially in Southern states.

Private prisons are a superior experience to state prison in several states, even though they are mostly limited to no violent offenders. Federal prisons are also better but you tend to be in them longer because of federal sentencing.

Now, here are some hard numbers for you, federal drug prosecution fell in both 2017 and 2018, those are the only two years of Trump’s presidency that that we have data for, so the idea that Trump administration went after drugs is false.

Decriminalization of weed is coming, but you think they’re just going to shut down all those federal prisons? No, they’re gonna fill them with illegal immigrants or gun offenders (probably gonna be mostly black).

The biggest current threat to blacks in America is illegal immigration, on multiple fronts, but the failure of black leadership to act in the favor of the black people in America and instead in the interest of the Democratic Party as a whole, a Democratic Party that has made it clear they don’t care about the true progress of blacks in America, and go with whatever voter base is the easiest to purchase while providing the most value. I understand the ADOS movement on that front and think it’s a good thing that people aren’t mincing words about the failures of the Democratic National Party in black America.

Your “benevolent” masters are going to sell blacks out for the Hispanic vote, and to say they solved the scourge of guns in America.

This nikka really wrote all this bullshyt and took advantage of the fact that folk tune out after the first two paragraphs :mjlol:

Wait, because I'm not caping for Republicans and private prisons you claim I don't know anything about prisons. Especially when I'm on record here helping inmates get their GEDs. :mjlol:

We're talking about federal policy, state prisons are IRRELEVANT. Those red-state prisons are going to remain shyt regardless so long as Republicans have control. You seriously using the fact that Republican-run state prisons are completely shyt to cape for more of a Republican-run federal prison system. :mjlol:

When people PROFIT off of an increase in prisoners, then they have an ingrained incentive to ensure there are MORE prisoners.

Imagine if we paid prosecutors based on how many people they convict. Or if we paid judges if they gave longer sentences. That would be stupid fukking shyt, right? So why are you okay with private prison operators getting paid more the more prisoners there are, which absolutely ensures they will use their money and political connections to fight for MORE mass incarceration?

the idea that Trump administration went after drugs is false.
Literally every single policy change I listed is an OFFICIAL announcement by the Trump Administration. :snoop:

And the effects of policy don't turn on a dime. When the AG announces a policy change it don't mean the local police can suddenly run out and get a conviction the next day, come on now. 2017 prosecution numbers are the result of Obama policy, not Trump policy. Especially considering that some of the policy changes I quoted didn't even happen until midway through 2018.

You claim "decriminalization of weed is coming" while caping for the administration that OPENLY opposes decriminalization at every level? :gucci:

You know they ain't gonna decriminalize weed under a Trump Administration so just STFU. :scust:

weed is gonna legalize whenever the weed lobby has enough money to make it happen. It doesn’t matter what party is in power. American politics as you know it is wrestling.

You’re a wannabe bourgeois black that has never done any act of defiance against white supremacy, you just serve one wing of it and really think you know something.

The Republicans are trying to gut the legacy federal prison system completely in favor of private prisons. It’s no different than the charter school push, it’s ideological.

That’s why the Federal Bureau of Prisons has been struggling during the Trump administration
Prison break: As the Trump administration touts prison reform as a victory, the Federal Bureau of Prisons struggles

That’s why Trump administration has been looking for every method possible to empty out the federal prisons, from pardons to COVID
Trump administration to federal prisons: Increase home confinement for inmates to stamp coronavirus spread - CNNPolitics

Trump was serious about prison reform, but it wasn’t an act of charity, it was with the intent of downsizing the federal prison bureaucracy because the right in the USA believe privately ran alternatives are more cost-efficient.

I only bring up state prisons because your dumbass seems to be against both privately ran prisons and government ran federal prisons, oh wait you’re against “Republican-backed federal prisons” like what political party has the White House affects the conditions in federal prison. Who told you that dumbass shyt? And you believed it?

You do charity for prisoners cool, I was doing that 7 years ago. You don’t talk to them multiple times a week hearing about the conditions they live in and the complaints they have. You aren’t even in the position to speak on what is good or bad for prisoners in America. You know them as charity cases, you don’t know them as actual complex human beings. I'm tired of you p*ssy nikkas using the plight of actual rebels, who don't even fukk with y'all and y'all don't fukk with them, to push the agenda of your liberal white overlords that happily put them in those cages by design. It's traitorous.

I’ve seen more of the world than you, I’ve been in rooms you’ll never be in, I’ve made more money by the age of 28 than your entire immediate family while never having to work for and oyinbo. I obviously know something, while you obviously repeat what the white people you dikksuck tell you.

Private prisons are a way more complex issue than good or bad. State prisons vary from state to state but are usually considered the worst experience in every state. If private prisons offer a better living experience, then who gives a fukk if people make money off it. People fight to get transferred to private prisons, not the other way around. But you know better than the actual people sitting in the prisons.

Here's Why Abolishing Private Prisons Isn't a Silver Bullet

The incentive argument is irrelevant because sending people to privately ran prisons isn’t a decision that stockholders in private prisons make, it’s a decision federal and local courts make. The state and federally ran prisons already use private contractors that benefit from a larger prison population, you think those corporations don’t have the money to lobby for more prisoners?

The idea that there is no incentive for prisoners in government ran prisons is gullible, the only difference is who benefits, shareholders, or people directly involved with the prison system bureaucracy.
Hadar Aviram, Professor of Law at UC Hastings, suggests that critics of the prison-industrial complex (PIC) focus too much on private prisons. While Aviram shares their concerns that "private enterprises designed to directly benefit from human confinement and misery is profoundly unethical and problematic", she claims that "the profit incentives that brought private incarceration into existence, rather than private incarceration itself, are to blame for the PIC and its evils". In the neoliberal era, she argues, "private and public actors alike respond to market pressures and conduct their business, including correctional business, through a cost/benefit prism"

And do you think that can only happen in red states and courts? Even though the biggest example of this narrative happened in a blue state with a democratic judge
Kids for cash scandal - Wikipedia

Saying a blanket statement like “private prisons are bad” is just lazy, just admit you don’t spend enough time thinking about the prison system in America to offer any real solutions.

Private prisons can’t even hold prisoners convicted of more severe crimes, so the idea that a wave of mass incarceration is gonna be suddenly ushered in by private prisons is a joke as well.

Mass incarceration is going to happen at the federal level regardless of who is in power, who fills the cells first is all that’s gonna change.

Neither side is an ally of blacks unless you’re acting as their servant, some of us not comfortable being servants though.
